Our Story
Founded in 2025 by a small group of industry professionals, Merch Mode Metrics was born out of more than two decades of hands-on experience inside the global fashion and clothing industry. We've seen firsthand how brands thrive — and how they falter. Despite the immense talent across brand, product teams and category managers, we kept asking the same question:

Founders Note
After more than 20 years in the fashion industry, working across product categories, global markets, and incredible brand stories, I’ve seen firsthand what makes merchandising succeed — and where things often fall apart.

I’ve led merchandise planning and commercial functions through both calm and chaotic times. I’ve worked with passionate teams under pressure to perform, and witnessed how even the most promising strategies can unravel when data isn’t translated into action, or when teams aren’t empowered to make confident decisions.
​
What’s struck me time and again is that so many talented people — inside brands and in the consulting space — are running hard but not always running in the right direction. That’s not a failure of effort, but of clarity.

I started MerchModeMetrics to help bring that clarity back.

It’s my way of applying everything I’ve learned — and continue to learn — to support brands, teams, and individuals in building smarter, more resilient, and more human-centred merchandise strategies. For me, it’s not just about metrics — it’s about momentum, mindset, and meaningful progress.

Background
I began my career in London, building hands-on expertise in product planning, trading, and buying cycles across established and independent fashion brands. These early roles laid the foundation for my commercial thinking—grounded in data, timing, and understanding customer behavior across geographies, seasons and categories.

My career evolved through senior planning and merchandising roles at globally recognized brands. I’ve led merchandise planning across EMEA and APAC, introduced KPI frameworks like GMROII and ROS, and improved forecasting accuracy while optimizing inventory across multi-channel environments. I’ve also guided planning continuity through restructures and led initiatives in planning tool improvement, allocation strategy, and stock flow control.

Today, I focus on helping businesses harmonize product flow, commercial strategy, and planning systems—whether through full-time leadership roles or strategic advisory and consulting support. I specialize in connecting demand planning, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to create scalable, resilient operations that improve sell-through, reduce overstock, and support margin growth.
